Terms and conditions
Last updated: [date of launch]. These terms apply to courses, classes, workshops, private sessions, bundles and anything else you book on this website. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act).
Who we are
kwaVast, run by [Themba's full name], [registration number, or "a sole proprietor"]. Address for legal notices: [physical address]. Email [kwavast@gmail.com], website https://kwavast.co.za. We do not belong to any self-regulatory or accreditation body, and we do not subscribe to a code of conduct. [Change this line if that is no longer true.]
What you book
Each offering is described on its own page: what it includes, when and where it happens (or that it is online), its level and how long it runs. Prices are in South African rand. [kwaVast is not VAT registered.]
Paying what you can
Most offerings use a sliding scale. The highest amount is the full price; you choose what fits your situation today, and every amount gets you the same place. If even the lowest amount is out of reach right now, use the "I can't afford this right now" page and we will talk.
Paying
You pay when you book, by card or instant EFT in Paystack's secure payment window. Your place is confirmed when the payment is confirmed, and you get a confirmation on screen and by email. Paystack also emails you a receipt; keep it as your record.
Online sessions
For an online session we send the meeting link in your confirmation email, and it shows on your account page if you have one.
Cancelling and rescheduling
See the cancellation and rescheduling policy. In short: no refunds; a private session can be moved once before the cut-off.
Taking part
Yoga is physical. Tell us about any health condition or injury when you book, and listen to your body in class. Before your first session you agree to the indemnity.
Photos and video
We sometimes film or photograph sessions to share kwaVast's work. The media consent page explains how, and how to say no.
Disputes
Talk to us first at [kwavast@gmail.com]; we reply within [two] working days. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za).
